Are sheets and towels available in the flat?
Yes, the flats are delivered with the beds dressed and a set of bath towels for each guest (small and large), everything will be ready on arrival.
Where do I pick up the keys to the flat?
Each flat has a security box with its corresponding key. We will provide you with the code before entering and you will be able to access it whenever you want. To respect the Covid codes and for your comfort the arrival is totally autonomous.
What time can I access the flat and when do I have to leave it?
Due to the need to clean and prepare the flats rigorously, the check-in time is from 12-13 h, depending on the quadrant of the cleaning.
The check-out is done before 10:00 am.
How do I pay for the reservation?
You will have to pay 50% of the rental cost when you make your reservation, either by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. Payment through our website is 100% secure. Our website uses the https payment protocol, which is currently the safest method of payment as the data that is sent through the network is encrypted and no one can see it.
Upon arrival and delivery of the keys, you must pay the remaining amount of the reservation, either in cash, bank transfer, bank deposit or PayPal.
What is the maximum capacity of people per flat?
For the two-room flats it is four adults and for the one-room flats it is two adults.
Children from the age of 12 are considered adults, and it is possible to include a child under 12 per flat without varying the maximum capacity.
Can you bring pets?
Yes, but you must contact us beforehand to obtain authorisation, which will depend on the size of the pet and the availability of the flats we have prepared for pets. Without our previous authorization it is totally forbidden.
When is the pool open?
The swimming pool will be open in the 2021 season from 1th Jun to 30th September. The swimming pool is a communal pool, free of charge for our guests, and is located in a complex with a green area in front of the flats.
How can I cancel a booking?
Reservations can be cancelled free of charge 30 days before arrival, from 30 to 15 days 50% of the reservation will be charged, from 15 days to the date of arrival the payment of the reservation will not be refunded.
If the reason for the cancellation is due to the impossibility of reaching Menorca due to official restrictions in force on the day of entry, the full amount of the reservation will be refunded.
To make a cancellation you only have to contact us through the channels specified in the contact section of this website, we will attend you as soon as possible.
Do the prices indicated on the website include VAT?
Yes, all the prices indicated on the website have all the corresponding taxes included, what you see is what you will pay, nothing more.
Can I choose the location of the flat?
The flats are allocated according to availability, if you have any preferences please let us know at the time of booking and we will do our best to accommodate you.
