Are sheets and towels available in the flat?
Of course! In our flats, you will find the beds dressed with fresh, clean sheets, ready for you to relax and unwind. In addition, we provide a full set of towels for each guest, including small and large towels - everything will be ready for your arrival!
Where do I pick up the keys to the flat?
Collecting the keys to the apartment is very simple! Each apartment has a security box where the corresponding key is located. Before your arrival, we will send you a message with the code and instructions necessary to check-in. This way you can enter the apartment whenever you want, guaranteeing your comfort.
What time can you access the apartment and when do you have to leave it?
To ensure the apartments are spotless for your arrival, check-in is available from 12-1pm, depending on the cleaning schedule. Check-out must be done before 10:00 am to facilitate the cleaning and preparation process for the next guests.
How do I pay for the reservation?
To secure your reservation, a payment of 50% of the total rental cost is required. You can do it safely via credit card, Bizum (+34 633 143 049), PayPal or bank transfer. Our website uses the HTTPS payment protocol to guarantee the security of your data during transmission. At the time of your arrival and delivery of keys, you must pay the remaining balance of the reservation. We accept payments in cash, bank transfer, bank deposit, Bizum or PayPal.
What is the maximum capacity of people per apartment?
For greater comfort, the maximum capacity in our two-bedroom apartments is four adults, while in the one-bedroom apartments it is two adults. Remember that we consider children from 12 years old as adults, but you can accommodate a child under 12 years old without affecting the maximum capacity. Come with your family and feel at home!
Can pets be brought?
We accept pets! Please contact us for authorization prior to your arrival. We apply an extra cleaning charge depending on the season and size of the pet. Admission is subject to the availability of suitable apartments. Without our prior authorization, pets will not be allowed.
What dates is the pool open?
Enjoy a refreshing dip in our pool! Our pool will be open from May 1st to September 30th. It is a community pool, with free access for all our guests, and is located in a charming complex with a beautiful green area in front of the apartments. Take the opportunity to relax and refresh during your stay with us!
How can I cancel a reservation?
Cancellation is free up to 15 days before arrival, unless other conditions are indicated in writing. Contact us to cancel through the channels indicated on our website. Do the prices indicated on the website include VAT?
Of course! All prices that appear on our website already include VAT and any other applicable taxes. We want to make sure we provide you with transparency and avoid surprises when making payment.
